Octopus Labs is a United States company registered in New Mexico, providing digital marketing services to businesses. Engagements are delivered remotely, in English and Spanish.
The work is deliberately narrow. Rather than offering everything, we build three things well — social media strategy, marketing automation, and the digital marketing systems that connect them — because those are the pieces that keep producing after an engagement ends.
We contract in writing, invoice in USD, and hand over full ownership of everything we build. If a request falls outside what we can resource and measure properly, we say so instead of taking the work.

Written before built
Scope, deliverables, and success metrics are agreed in writing before any work starts. It protects both sides and it makes the result assessable.
Measured, not asserted
Every engagement has a small set of KPIs agreed at the start. Reporting is on a fixed cadence and shows the number, the method, and the caveat.
Yours at the end
Accounts, assets, automations, and documentation belong to the client. We hand over everything needed to run the system without us.
